1. When selecting a location to hold your fund raiser it is important that the location has high visibility, well-known in the community, and easy in an easy out access. This will certainly help make your event successful
2. When selecting a date and time there are certain situations to consider. If your fundraiser is tied to an event, such as a sporting event or outing, where you would have a captive audience. This may help dictate the time and date of your fundraiser. If this is not the case, Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays are always a good choice
3. When promoting your event it is important to have a pre-sale program in place. Get your group and involved!! Make sure tickets are available for sale. It is very important to get the word out, and getting family, friends and beneficiaries involved. It is also wise to advertise at least 14 days prior to the date of your event. Having fliers posted at local businesses in the community is a great way to spread the word of your event. The day of the event we will also help draw customers to your fundraiser with the mouthwatering aroma of the chicken cooking and our truck with logo for all to see. Other advertising materials are also available, such as yard signs,banners, posters. Etc.
We will not nickel and dime you, our pricing includes all things needed to conduct your fundraiser, we provide for use ,at no additional cost to you, canopy shelter, food serving gloves, serving tables, coolers, aprons, sitting stools, fold over food containers, bowls and lids for sides generator with fuel. We know you are busy,so we figure the easier on you the better. All you need to bring is personnel to distribute food and a bank to make change.
