Our grill is state-of-the-art, manufactured from stainless steel, and totally mobile. This allows us to cook on site, and is all and asked them certified. We realized from the beginning that quality equipment is essential for producing a consistently delicious product. Our smoker grill is a chain driven rotisserie grill, which means the product is always in motion getting an even cook all the way through. Our product is dipped into our age old family signature sauce every rotation ( approximately every 5 min.) this will produce a juicy moist product that is infused with a tremendous amount of mouth watering smoky flavor. The aroma will be appreciated by people within blocks of the cooking location.
